1. Introduction
Welcome to Calendra. These Terms of Service govern your use of Calendra’s executive training programs and business coaching methodologies ("Services"), informational products ("Info Products") and physical goods ("Goods"). By accessing or engaging with any offering, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Calendra delivers live and recorded sessions, workshops and coaching designed for executives, leaders and teams. All Service schedules, deliverables and formats are detailed in the relevant enrollment or proposal document.
3. Info Products
Calendra’s Info Products include digital courses, e-guides, templates and resource libraries accessible online. Access credentials are granted upon full payment.
4. Goods
Calendra’s Goods include printed workbooks, branded merchandise and training materials shipped to the address you provide during checkout.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Requests for a refund of Service fees must be submitted within 14 days of the initial session date. If no sessions have been delivered, Calendra will process a refund upon approval. If you have attended or accessed any session, fees are non-refundable due to resource commitment, but you may reschedule the remaining sessions once at no extra cost. All approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval via the original payment method.
5.2 Info Products
You may request a refund for Info Products within 7 days of first access provided your total consumption does not exceed 20% of the material. Requests submitted after this period or exceeding consumption thresholds are not eligible for a refund due to immediate delivery of digital content. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days.
5.3 Goods
Goods may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund, subject to inspection. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Calendra will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
6. No-Refund Exceptions
Custom or bespoke Services and Goods commissioned specifically for you are not eligible for a refund due to the tailored nature of the offering.
7. Modifications
Calendra reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the website. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
